Camelot

This musical was selected as one of three musicals across the state to perform at the annual Utah Theatre Association conference.  This conference highlights excellence in theatre education and it was a great honor to be selected.  In addition to directing this production, I also served as lighting designer and was nominated for best lighting design by the Utah High School Musical Theatre awards. The show also received three additional student nominations.

 As a director, I chose to focus on the theme of striving for the impossible as not only is this a prevalent topic in the script, but as a teacher, I believe in pushing students to achieve things they never thought they could do.
